Photography starts at $189 for homes under 1,500 sq ft — floor plan included — and is priced by square footage from there. On a $300,000 listing, premium media runs about 0.1% of the price, and it's the first showing every buyer sees.

How fast is turnaround?
Next-day delivery on standard shoots — often sooner for the media you need first.
What areas do you serve?
Washington, MO and the greater St. Louis / eastern Missouri metro. The first 25 miles are free, then $1.30 per mile.
What if I'm not happy with the media?
That's the Cassavona Promise: if something isn't right, I'll come back and reshoot it free — and if it still doesn't make you proud, you don't pay for the affected service.
Why not just book the cheapest photographer?
Your media is the first showing — most buyers decide online before they ever call. On a $300,000 listing, the difference between average and premium media is about a hundred dollars, and it's also what wins you the next listing appointment.
How does membership billing work?
Memberships are advertised per month and billed annually — Pro $20/mo, Elite $50/mo, Brokerage $200/mo. Your rate locks when you join and never moves while you're a member.
Who owns the photos?
You get full rights to market the listing across MLS, social, and print until it sells. I retain the right to show the work in my portfolio.
