How fast is turnaround?
Next-day delivery on standard shoots — often sooner for the media you need first.
What areas do you serve?
Washington, Union, Pacific, St. Clair, Sullivan, New Haven, Villa Ridge, Owensville, Hermann, Warrenton, Wright City, Marthasville, Augusta, Innsbrook — Franklin, Gasconade, Warren, Crawford and Montgomery counties, and the small towns the big-city photographers won’t drive to. That’s our home turf, not an afterthought. The first 25 miles are free, then $2.00 per mile to 60 miles and $2.50 beyond. How does membership billing work?
Memberships are advertised per month and billed annually — Pro $20/mo, Elite $50/mo, Reserve $250/mo, Brokerage $600/mo — paid securely by card or bank through Stripe. Your rate never changes during a paid year, any future-term change comes with 30 days' notice before your renewal, and every membership has a 7-day unused-membership refund guarantee. Seats are capped: 20 Pro, 10 Elite, 5 Reserve, 1 Brokerage.
Who owns the photos?
You get full rights to market the listing across MLS, social, and print until it sells. I retain the right to show the work in my portfolio.
