What's included in every shoot?

Do you offer virtual staging?
Yes — two kinds. AI staging is the fast, budget option for a single angle of a room. Professional staging is hand-done and keeps the same furniture across multiple angles. Decluttering is available too.
Can you do a rush or same-day shoot?
Often, yes. Call or text and I'll do my best to fit you in — priority delivery is available as an add-on, with same-day rush for homes under 3,000 sq ft.
Are the files MLS-ready?
Yes — you'll get both web-sized and full-resolution files, sized and ready for MLS, social, and print.
