This Privacy Policy explains how Crate Creatives LLC, doing business as Cassavona ("Cassavona," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website (cassavona.com) and our real estate media services. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to shoot, deliver, and bill your order — and we don't process payments ourselves.

1Information you provide

When you book a shoot, purchase a membership, or contact us, we collect the information needed to provide the service — such as your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, the property address being photographed, and details about your order. If you text, call, or email us, we keep those communications so we can serve you.

2Payments — handled by Stripe, not by us

Cassavona does not process, collect, or store payment card numbers or bank account details. Payments are handled entirely by trusted third-party payment processors — including Stripe and the payment provider built into our booking platform. When you pay, your payment details go directly to the processor over their secure systems; they never touch our website or our servers. We receive only limited transaction information — such as confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last digits of a card — so we can manage your order, membership, or refund. How the processor handles your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

3Information collected automatically

This website is intentionally light on tracking. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data. We may use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that count page visits in aggregate only — no fingerprinting and no personal identifiers. Third-party platforms we link to (booking, payments, galleries, tours, social media) may use their own cookies and analytics on their own sites under their own policies.

4How we use information

• To schedule, shoot, produce, and deliver your media;
• To invoice, administer memberships, and credits;
• To communicate with you about bookings, deliveries, and your account;
• To occasionally tell you about Cassavona services and offers (you can opt out anytime by replying or emailing us);
• To operate, protect, and improve our website and services, and to comply with law.

5How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that make our work possible — for example, our booking and delivery platform, payment processors, floor-plan and tour providers, and cloud storage — and only what they need to perform their role. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6Property media

Photos, video, floor plans, and tours we produce depict properties, not people; we schedule shoots so occupants are not photographed. Property media is licensed and displayed as described in our Terms of Service, including in our portfolio and marketing.

7Data retention

Final media is stored for 90 days from delivery, as described in our Terms. Business records — such as invoices and correspondence — are retained as long as needed for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

8Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size, and we rely on established, reputable platforms for booking, payment, and storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Your choices

You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing communications. Email hello@cassavona.com and we'll take care of it. Note that we may need to retain certain records where the law or a legitimate business purpose requires it.

10Children

Our website and services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
