Terms of Service

1General overview

Liam Schneider Photography, operating as Cassavona (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides real estate photography services to clients. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2Services provided

We offer real estate photography, drone photography, Zillow 3D tours, walkthrough video, twilight photography, 2D floor plans, listing websites, and virtual staging. We aim to deliver standard photography by the next business day, and guarantee delivery within 48 hours. Same-day rush delivery is available as an add-on. Floor plans and special edits, such as virtual staging or decluttering, may take longer to deliver.

3Property condition and safety

We expect the property to be ready for photography upon arrival. Additional fees may be added if the property requires extra setup or attention. The safety of the photographer is paramount, and if the property is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the session.

4Delivery times

• Properties over 3,000 sq. ft. may exceed the typical delivery time. We do our best to ensure timely delivery.
• Backup images are stored for 30 days. After that period, images may no longer be available.
• Same-day rush delivery is available for properties under 3,000 sq. ft. with the rush add-on purchased.

5Reshoot policy

If media falls short of our standard due to an error on our part, we will reshoot the affected service at no charge — and if the reshoot still falls short, the affected service will not be billed (the “Cassavona Promise”). Additional shots needed due to client changes (staging, property condition, added scenes) are a new booking and a reshoot fee will apply.

6Intellectual property

The images we provide are the intellectual property of Liam Schneider Photography. Clients receive usage rights for marketing the property only. Any other usage, including but not limited to commercial, print, or resale, requires written consent and may incur additional fees.

7Usage duration

Clients have the right to use images for marketing the property until it is sold. Images may not be reused for future listings without prior permission.

8Drone photography disclaimer

All drone photography is subject to weather and airspace restrictions. We comply with all FAA regulations, and if conditions prevent a scheduled drone shoot, we will reschedule or offer an alternative service.

9Expedited edits

Expedited editing services are available for an additional fee. This includes color corrections, retouching, or special requests not covered by the standard service.

10Privacy policy

This website does not collect, store, or share personal data, and sets no cookies. We may use privacy-first, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page visits in aggregate only — no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no personal identifiers.

11Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Missouri. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Washington, MO.
